Checking Me Out eh?

Assalamualaikum and Hello :)

Now I finally got the time to put my hands on this blog.
Sounds like I was really busy ain't it?
But actually, I was worn-out.

So let's summarise this sweet January with some photos that I took using my humble camera.

1. Escapism, baby!

2. Fresh seafood galore.

3. Shopping for new kitchen :)

4. After being so frustrated.

5. Sweet treat from my girl, Haifa.

6. Prepping the feature wall.

7. Of course I'm happy.

8. Shopping for kitchen appliances.

As we all can see, my shopping items are now mainly home-related things.
Mind you, we even bought wallpapers and stick them by ourselves - with us, being optimistic all the time that the outcome would be great.

The danna is working really hard to make our house just like what we have conceptualised in our mind.

The sweat, time, devotion and exertion, they all paid off.

Goodbye, I'm off to give him a huge peck on the cheeks.

Tie the Knot : Interview Kahwin Johor

Assalamualaikum and Hello :)
Those bakal pengantin who lived in Johor will be subjected this procedure – the interview with jurunikah.
Well basically he would ask you basic things like dua kalimah syahadah, doa Qunut, rukun nikah, tanggungjawab suami isteri etc, together with some additional question(s).
What additional question?
After I settled my documents, the kakak at pejabat agama office told me to go inside and see ustaz idontrememberhisname. Ok, nervous Hanis was nervous.
I walked inside the office and saw that ustaz wearing pink shirt.
I was like – olololo for a while.
Then the interview began.
Ustaz: (while checking my documents, looking very serious) Sekarang ni orang kat KL sibuk betul nak pegang anjing. I want to touch a dog kononnya.
Dekat rumah awak ada masalah macam ni?
Me: (nervous level 9999) Haha.. itu lah dia. Tapi kat rumah saya takdela benda-benda macam tu. -.-''
Ustaz: (shook his head) Tu lah, masa kecik-kecik ponteng sekolah agama.
Bila dah besar tak tau bezakan mana yang najis, mana yang bukan najis.
Me: (gelak nervous) -.-''
Ustaz: (stamping my documents) Saya pelik betul lah dengan budak-budak zaman sekarang ni. Ok, nah, dah siap, ini contact number jurunikah area rumah awak, nanti awak contact dia, discuss pasal timing.
Me: Ok.
(Awkward moment) krikk krikk krikk~
Ustaz: Hah, tu jelah.
Me: Err.. Interview, ustaz?
Ustaz: Tadi tu interview lah.. Haha
Me: Err.. haa..? Okkk..
(Awkward moment) krikkk krikkk krikkk~
Me: Thank you ustaz! (ambil handbag terus balik)
I guess that was the best interview ever. So that was how my interview kahwin goes.
Thank you.

It is not true that people stop pursuing dreams because they grow old,

They grow old because they stop pursuing dreams.

Assalamualaikum and Hello :)
I was scrolling (or maybe, stalking) Marion Caunter’s Instagram when I saw she posted #parisattacks.
I have no idea on what was happening during that particular period *on honeymoon escape ahem* but then the danna told me few guys has been shot to death, in a broad daylight; for depicting our Prophet Muhammad in a totally offensive way.
This is not something new. I wonder why do media kept on publishing something that obviously they knew would spark anger and considered offensive towards the society.
If it is for the sake of freedom of speech, maybe they should be clear that freedom of speech comes with the responsibility of that speech.
Either with the racism or satirical comedy or politically driven intention, I personally think this has gone overboard and they have brought the consequences to themselves.
But still, killing people is wrong and my heart goes to all the family members of those killed.
What I am trying to say is, we should learn back about respecting other people/ races.
We should respect each other’s more, accepting differences and understand what are the consequences or the effects of our every word to other people.
Prejudice and hatred will only leads to separation and will build walls instead of bridges.
Why must we hate when we always have the chance to love?

Current Obsession

Assalamualaikum and Hello :)

My obsesssion with the Japanese culture is getting serious.

Now I am learning Hiragana.
Whenever I stumbled upon Hiragana writings at the mall for example, I would stop and spell the words one by one like a kid.

Basically that explains how my relationship with Komugi started.

Assalamualaikum and Hello! :)

Going to start the very first post for twenty fifteen with this super sexy bubble bath photo of me HanChee.

One of my weekend routine is to bathe my guinea pig.

He loves warm water, and I will pour shampoo on his coat, clean his body and being very careful to not to let water from entering his ears.
Otherwise he will get sick.

But I will be away from home for a week. Going to miss you HanChee.
I wish I could take him along during my flight.
